“THINKABOUTIT” THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

          As children, most of us were Super Heroes – or at least we played them in our back yards.  Depending upon our era, we donned our Superman cape, a Batman mask or the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtle shells and fought the good fight.  In our minds, there wasn’t a villain or situation we couldn’t tame.

         It’s amazing what a few years can do to us.  Back then, there was nothing that could stop us; but, it seems like today we are at the mercy of everything.  Age, bills, cares, health … and on and on … life seems to big too big to conquer.  Oh, to be children again and have those super powers back!

         There is a way to renew our power and fight the good fight.  When Jesus was inspiring the people of His day he said, “The things impossible with men are possible with God.” (Luke 18:27).  When we develop the faith of a child of God He will supply the Super Power we need to win any battle.
