“THINKABOUTIT” THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
If
we were asked to list ways we could be good examples, most
of us could come up with several; but, how many of us would
have the entry “exhibit a positive attitude” show up on our
list? Those of us who didn’t would miss out, not only on a
good point; but, also, overlook a spiritual principle. You
see, the Bible notes, “Do all things without grumbling or
disputing; that you may prove yourselves to be blameless
and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of
a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as
lights in the world …”. (Philippians 2:14-15)
Having a positive attitude is not something just taught by
pop psychologists, it’s a spiritual principle taught by
God’s messengers. The impact of a good attitude is not just
on an office staff, it follows us clean into eternity.
Do we desire go be good examples? Maybe the place to start
isn’t in how we act; but, rather, in our attitudes.
Think about it! For the Madison Avenue Church of Christ;
